Come check out the wellness room for your mental and physical needs. Separate from the busy exhibit hall we will have tables set up from the Tennessee Suicide Prevention Network, NAMI (nation’s largest mental health organization),Tennessee Medical Foundation and the TVMA Wellness Committee. Relax in a quiet environment, enjoy refreshments and win prizes. The wellness room will be open Friday, February 27 from 11:00 am-4:30 pm and Saturday, February 28 from 9:00 am-4:30 pm. Massages will only be available on Saturday.

*Make sure to check in at the MCVC registration desk on Friday to sign up for a 10-minute massage on Saturday in the Wellness Room.

Bidding will begin at 10:00 am Friday, February 27 and end Saturday, February 28 at 1:00 pm. Sponsored by the Tennessee Veterinary Technicians Association with proceeds benefiting their scholarship fund.

We are delighted to extend an invitation to the Music City Veterinary Conference Welcome Reception in the exhibit hall on Friday, February 27th from 5:30 – 6:30pm.  Reception will feature hors d’oeuvres and a cash bar.  We have encouraged exhibitors to feature family-friendly games or activities at their booth. We will also be presenting the Outstanding Commercial Representative Award.

Students will participate in a 75 min round-robin discussion with veterinary practitioners from around the state and the country.

Vaccinated veterinary personnel in enzootic rabies areas should have their titers checked every 2 years.   Ticket required.

Join us as we honor the 2026 Award recipients on Saturday night. The program will also include our annual Business Meeting.  Tickets are $50.  For attendees that would like to attend but not eat the meal there will be seating available.
