FAQs

How do I log on to see the live presentations?

Once you register, you will receive a code with the password to watch the presentations. The passcode will arrive by e-mail from info@tvmanet.com within a week from the live presentation dates.

You will also need to have Zoom downloaded on your computer. Please visit the Zoom website at https://zoom.us/download.

What if I miss a presentation?

All presentations will be available via on-demand until May 31, 2021.

How can I access the On-Demand Recordings after the live conference?

You will be able to use the same login page you did for the live conference and will use the same password for all on-demand recordings.

Can I watch the recorded presentations more than once?

Yes, the recordings will stay active through May 31, 2021 with the same pass code. You can watch them as many times as you would like during that time.

Can I ask the speakers questions during the conference?

Yes, you may submit questions via the Zoom Q&A box. You can type in your question and the Speaker will answer throughout the live presentation.

I cannot attend the live portion of the conference. Can I register for the On-Demand portion only?

Yes. You will receive access to all the on-demand presentations, including those that were presented live. After registering, you will receive an email with login information to access the conference. Please allow up to three business days to receive your login information.

How do I receive my CE certificate?

Question about the conference?

Live Virtual Conference
After the completion of the live conference, we will confirm your attendance and email your CE certificate. This process could take up to several weeks. You may expect them by the middle of March.

On-Demand Only
After you have completed all of the sessions on the on-demand portion, please email info@tvmanet.com to ask for your certificate.

When does registration close?

All registration options will close by May 7, 2021 at midnight. The on-demand portion of the conference will continue to be available through May 31 at midnight, but registration will no longer be available after May 7.
