Bidding will begin at 10:00 am Friday, February 28 and end Saturday, March 1 at 1:00 pm. Sponsored by the Tennessee Veterinary Technicians Association with proceeds benefiting their scholarship fund.

Welcome Reception

We are delighted to extend an invitation to the Music City Veterinary Conference Welcome Reception in the exhibit hall on Friday, February 28th from 5:30 – 6:30pm.  Reception will feature hors d’oeuvres and a cash bar.  We have encouraged exhibitors to feature family-friendly games or activities at their booth. We will also be presenting the Outstanding Commercial Representative Award.

Grand Ole Opry
5:30 pm – 10:00 pm

Join us for a trip to The Grand Ole Opry.  It’s the world’s longest-running radio show and showcases the best in country music, bluegrass and more.  The bus will depart from the hotel @5:30pm and return to hotel by 10:00pm.   Tickets are $150 and there are only a limited amount, so be sure to sign up early!

Music City Excursion
6:45 pm – 10:30 pm

Join us for an opportunity to visit downtown Nashville. Bus will depart from hotel @6:45pm & return to hotel by 11:30pm.  Explore local shops or dine at a nearby restaurant. Drop off & pick up in Nashville will be @ Acme Feed & Seed. Tickets are $56 and we have limited seating so be sure to sign up early!

UTCVM Alumni Reception

You are cordially invited to join us at the UTCVM Alumni Reception to reconnect with fellow friends and colleagues.

CENTER YOUR BODY AND MIND, STRETCH THE POSSIBILITIES
1:15 pm – 1:45 pm

Join us for a mid-day yoga session!  Participants can learn to relax and stretch in an office setting.  There will be 30 minutes of zen that includes 5-10 minutes of meditation to help bring balance to your day.  Limited Space – make sure to register!

Christian Veterinary Mission exists to share the love of Christ through veterinary medicine. Working in communities worldwide, CVM equips and encourages veterinary professionals and students to build relationships with others through the use of veterinary knowledge and skills so that lives are transformed. We would love to connect with you! Please join us for our MCVC-CVM Fellowship Event, Saturday, March 1st, from 7-8 am CST.

RABIES TITER TEST
7:30 am – 11:45 am

Vaccinated veterinary personnel in enzootic rabies areas should have their titers checked every 2 years.   Ticket required.

TVMA AWARDS BANQUET
6:00 pm

Join us as we honor the 2025 Award recipients on Saturday night. The program will also include our annual Business Meeting.  Tickets are $50.  For attendees that would like to attend but not eat the meal there will be seating available.

CENTER YOUR BODY AND MIND, STRETCH THE POSSIBILITIES
Veterinarian and yoga instructor, Karin Collins will be presenting a yoga course geared toward veterinarians. On Saturday, Dr. Collins will be doing a 30-minute chair yoga that is suitable for any level or age group. On Sunday, Dr. Collins will increase the intensity but will provide modifications for those new to yoga. Please join in the fun while we work on both our physical and spiritual bodies.
